The Washington-state Port of Tacoma has named Done Esterbrook to a newly-created executive position to head up port asset management, commercial strategy, and operations.
Esterbrook, who most recently served as Western states regional sales officer of Orient Overseas Container Line, will hold the title of Chief Commercial Officer for the port. The position has been vacant since being created by port CEO John Wolfe last year.
During his tenure at OOCL, Esterbrook also served as president and general manager of the carrier's operations in the Philippines director of business development for OOCL’s Cargo Smart business, and regional sales manager for the Northwest region.
