The National Maritime Center is asking that mariners continue for now to use the expired version of the CG-719 series of forms for merchant mariner credentialing on the website, it was announced Thursday.
The forms, which show a March 31, 2021 expiration date, as well as supporting documentation are in the process of being renewed. While NMC awaits final approval, mariners should use the current forms on the website.
